Johnny Cash – “Sunday Mornin’ Comin’ Down” [Live from Austin, TX]

In 1986 Johnny was on a book tour for his book “The Man in White.” It was nearing Mother’s Day and I got my Mom a copy. Johnny autographed it and wrote her a short note inside the cover. I had my 8 month old son with me and after Johnny was done signing my Mom’s book he held his arms out to my son. I handed him over. Johnny held him up at arms length and said “You don’t know me, boy; but I’m Johnny Cash.” I still tear up just thinking about it.
