Deportee – Johnny Cash & Johnny Rodriguez (Live)

I love this song….and get to play it out with my friends once in a while. Wiki says 32 people died in the crash and the news reports only listed the names of the 3 crew members and the rest as “deportees”. While not all of them were, some were part of a guest worker program, and only 12 other bodies were identified; and all were buried in a mass grave in Fresno with their grave marked as only “Mexican Nationals”. I’d say that’s pretty deplorable treatment for any victim of a tragedy.
